To my sweet and talented mum ....

Most of my memories with her are associated with cooking, she taught me and my brother to cook, taste, create, and savor. My child memory is full of smells, flavors and cooking is always at the heart of my best souvenirs. This is the same feeling we want you to experiment when you stay at Métairie Montplaisir or cook with us, or just seat for a yummy meal. Mediterranean cuisine is very present in our cooking, but above all we enjoy to have such a choice in high quality products, from short food channels. We strive to collaborate with producers and artisans of Languedoc who treat us in all seasons. Françoise offers a simple “table d’hôtes”, full of flavors, generous, as well as cooking classes throughout the year.

We are excited to work with people as passionate as we are by their day to day job, Muriel Vayre for vegetables and fruits, Gilbert Arnaud, Gérard Le Sourn, La Ferme du Roc and Alain Alayrac for meat and poultry, Bernard Camarena for red fruits, Marion Cattaneo for chocolates, Isabelle for pancakes, Fromagerie Bousquet, Christophe for truffles ......

The table d'hôtes of the Métairie Montplaisir is also open to people who only wish to have dinner, or for small events with family or friends.
